American Traveler is hiring an RN for a combined Medsurg/ED role requiring CO or compact RN license, 2 years of experience, and multiple specialty certifications.
Details- Combined Medsurg/ED unit including inpatient, observation, and swingbed care
- 12-hour day shifts
- Unit consists of 6 medsurg beds and 3 ER beds
- Also supports outpatient infusion services
- Common diagnoses include CHF, COPD, post-op ortho, pneumonia, UTI/AMS, and failure to thrive
- Uses Athena EMR
- No on-call requirements
- Active RN license (CO or compact) required
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
- Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC
- AHA Procedural Sedation Module certification required
- Athena EMR experience preferred
- Provide care across medsurg and emergency department settings, managing a variety of acute and chronic conditions
- Supports outpatient infusion services as part of unit responsibilities
