Description:
The OB Nursing Manager is a registered nurse with demonstrated expertise in nursing. The OB Nursing Manager has responsibility for the supervision of patient care, nursing staff, and OB operations. The OB Nursing Manager works collaboratively with the Leadership team to facilitate efficient clinical operations. They are responsible for staff development, effective management of resources, and quality improvement in OB. Access to reliable transportation is required due to the rural setting.
