Seeking a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team in a 5-star, CMS-rated facility dedicated to providing exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities Include- Delivering high-quality nursing care to residents, ensuring physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being
- Conducting ongoing assessments and updating care plans based on patient needs
- Providing clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs
- Implementing department policies, goals, and procedures
- Collaborating effectively within an interdisciplinary team
- Current active RN license in applicable state
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing
- Preferably with at least one year of skilled nursing experience
- CPR certification (must be maintained current)
- Strong communication, reasoning, and customer service skills
- Ability to interpret policies and demonstrate positive attitude towards residents
