Veterinary Assistant – Woodmoor Veterinary Hospital Monument, Colorado

Woodmoor Veterinary Hospital is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Veterinary Assistant to join our compassionate, dedicated team in beautiful Monument, CO.

Prior experience working in veterinary medicine (required)

Strong animal handling and restraint skills (dogs and cats)

Experience assisting with exams, treatments, diagnostics, and procedures

Knowledge of veterinary terminology and basic medical protocols

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

A positive, dependable, and caring attitude

Assisting veterinarians during exams and procedures

Preparing exam rooms and maintaining a clean, organized hospital

Handling and caring for hospitalized patients

Supporting client education and patient comfort

Assisting with laboratory work, radiographs, and treatments as trained

Supportive, team-oriented work environment

Established, respected practice in the Monument community

• Base hourly rate of $18.00 - $21.00 DOE
• Eligible for periodic bonus (where applicable)
