DVM Position at non-corporate hospital in ski town

Come to Silverthorne for both work and play! Our practice is located in the rocky mountains, at an elevation of 8,800 ft. Within minutes of our hospital there are 4 ski resorts and many hiking trails. We have excellent fishing, hiking, mountain biking, road biking and Lake Dillon is right around the corner. We are in a prime location for both water sports and winter sports.

If so we are hiring for an associate veterinary position at our modern companion animal practice. Our practice has all the equipment and amenities a small animal veterinarian could need. We are NOT a corporate owned hospital.

Our new hospital location opened spring 2025 and is 8,200 sq ft. The new building has everything a veterinarian would want or need to practice high quality medicine. Each associate is assigned to work 4 days a week, with one of those days being a dedicated procedure day. We have 4-5 full time associates, almost every day there is overlap where multiple vets are working together.

This position listed is for a general practice position that involves a mix of wellness and emergency/urgent care appointments. We do see a higher volume of urgent care appointments and emergencies than most general practices, due to our non-urban location.
