Pay is on a per tour basis plus tips. Seasonal position from May to October, with winter tours for the right candidate. Opportunities for trail maintenance when tours are not scheduled.
Responsibilities:- Entertain the general public during on-road and off-road tours with fun local facts.
- Teach the basics of photography to help guests capture amazing photos.
- Drive vehicles responsibly, respecting safety and environmental rules.
- Stay within allowed areas and keep safety in mind at all times.
- Communicate and collaborate with office staff to organize and prepare tours.
- Learn and convey accurate information and represent the company professionally.
- Perform pre- and post-tour vehicle clean-up and safety checks, including fueling, washing, and trash removal.
- Assist with trail maintenance, office tasks, and flexible support in various areas.
- Clean driving record and must submit a Motor Vehicle Record.
- Minimum age 25 years; preferred ages 30-40.
- Must be local: living in Estes Park, Boulder, Longmont, Loveland, or Fort Collins area. Ability to commute to Estes Park.
- Cannot relocate without established housing prior to onboarding.
- Pass a DOT Physical.
- Pass a CBI Fingerprint & Background Check.
- Obtain CPR & Basic First Aid Certification within the first 15 days.
- Obtain Leave No Trace Certification (free) within the first 15 days.
- Have experience with four-wheeling; a true outdoor person who loves nature, people, and machines.
- Show energetic, responsible, positive personality with a can‑do attitude, good sense of humor, and strong work ethic.
- Basic knowledge of mechanics.
- Prior military experience is encouraged.
