Compensation & BenefitsProposed hiring rate of $20.50 to $22.80+ per hour (actual pay will be adjusted based on experience). Seasonal position eligible for season pass for employees and dependents, and privileges at several other resorts.

Job SummaryThe Terrain Park Groomer Level I is an entry level grooming position focused on learning. The individual will assist the Terrain Park Manager and Terrain Park Grooming Supervisor in delivering the terrain park with a focus on snow-cat operations, building and maintaining the terrain parks, and performing grooming tasks under supervision.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Perform utility-oriented tasks, including starting the snow cat and preparing for operators.
- Execute front-line grooming basics to create a finished product ready to ride.
- Understand fleet grooming patterns and efficiencies.
- Perform removal and reattachment of blade, zaugg, and tiler.
- Maintain a clean, neat operator cabin.
- Complete necessary logs and paperwork.
- Provide guest service by creating a fun and innovative terrain park experience.
- Stay current with industry trends and standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned, including evolving responsibilities with POWDR-Copper.
- Honest with highest integrity, capable of handling confidential information.
- Professional appearance, adheres to grooming guidelines, follows policies and procedures.

- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must be able to lift and carry items up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to work with hand and power tools.
- Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license.
- Must have worked two or more years on terrain park day staff.
- Performs thorough pre- and post-operation inspection on snow grooming machines.
- Performs cleaning of snowcat for operator and sets up and starts groomer for operator.
- Must have strong skiing or snowboarding skills and knowledge of freestyle skiing/riding.
- May require use of a mountain radio/walkie-talkie for communication.
- One year terrain park building experience.
- Snow making experience.
- Google Sketch-up experience.
