Job Description:Our client is seeking a compassionate Small Animal Associate Veterinarian to join a well-established practice delivering high-quality medical and surgical care for companion animals. The successful candidate will enjoy a varied caseload including preventive healthcare, medical workups, dentistry, and routine soft tissue surgery. Supported by modern diagnostic equipment and an experienced veterinary team, this role provides an excellent balance of autonomy, teamwork, and ongoing professional development while maintaining a healthy work-life balance through a structured four-day work week.

In this position, your responsibilities will include:
  • Provide preventative, medical and surgical care for companion animals
  • Perform routine dentistry and soft tissue surgical procedures
  • Develop strong relationships with clients through clear communication and education
  • Collaborate closely with veterinarians and support staff to achieve excellent patient outcomes
  • Maintain accurate medical records while delivering a high standard of veterinary care
Qualifications Needed:
  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree or equivalent qualification
  • Eligible for veterinary licensure in Colorado
  • Strong commitment to ethical and evidence-based veterinary medicine
  • Excellent communication and collaborative teamwork skills
