We’re looking for a friendly, energetic, and organized Registered Veterinary Technician to join our growing team in Divide, Colorado. Nestled in the heart of the Rockies, Divide offers small-town charm, fresh mountain air, and endless outdoor adventure — the perfect backdrop for a fulfilling veterinary career. WE ARE RELOCATING 8 MINUTES FROM COLORADO SPRINGS IN WOODLAND PARK (MAY 2026).
Responsibilities- Provide compassionate, thorough client communication and education
- Perform patient assessments and obtain medical histories
- Assist in examinations and surgical procedures
- Administer and monitor anesthesia
- Place IV catheters and perform venipuncture
- Perform and assist in laser therapy and acupuncture
- Perform radiographs, laboratory procedures, and diagnostic testing
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Implement treatment plans recommended by our veterinarians
- Monitor hospitalized patients and maintain detailed medical records
- Collaborate with the veterinary team to ensure consistent, high-quality patient care
- Support smooth and efficient daily clinic operations
- Completion of an accredited Veterinary Technician program (Associate Degree)
- Successful completion of the VTNE and eligibility for licensure
- Genuine passion for patient care and client education
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Positive, professional attitude
- Prior Veterinary Experience Preferred
- Ability to confidently utilize your skills while working collaboratively
