Job description: Join Our Team of Professional Window Cleaners

• A Real Livable Wage – Our Technicians earn $27,000 to $60,000/year on average. That’s enough to live well - no side hustle required.
• Company Vehicle – We provide a fully equipped company vehicle to lead technicians for your workday needs.
• Freedom and Trust – We train you well and trust you to do great work.

We provide high-quality exterior cleaning services - like window cleaning, gutter cleaning, building washing, and pressure washing to residential, strata, and commercial clients.

We aim for the kind of customer experience you'd expect at a Four Seasons hotel: polished, professional, and personal.

We're hiring for attitude and work ethic - we can teach the skills. You might be a great fit if you:

• Want to be part of a tight-knit, values-driven team
• Like working outdoors and being active
• Take pride in doing a job well
• Can communicate professionally with clients
• Have a valid driver's license
• Don't mind a little extra attention (you'll be wearing a kilt - we'll explain)

We get it - phrases like "family culture" and "work-life balance" are often empty. Ask the tough questions. If we're not who we say we are, you'll know.

We're serious about our values. Come find out if we walk the talk.
