Description
TEKsystems is looking for a Talent Acquisition Strategy & Outreach Specialist within Space & Mission Systems (SMS), you will be instrumental in scaling our workforce to meet critical mission goals. This role focuses on outreach and sourcing, data-driven planning, market intelligence, and the aggressive growth of candidate pipelines to support our rapid hiring response planning. This role will provide regular support to the SMS Talent Advisor team in their effort to attract and hire the most qualified candidates who can help us achieve our mission:

The Human Resources Strategic Capabilities Unit develops, retains, rewards and attracts talent needed for the business to attain strategic and operational goals.
What You'll Do
Strategy Development & Execution:
o Drive Sourcing Initiatives:
Participate in the execution and documentation of outreach strategies; continuously refine processes to optimize candidate flow.
o Innovative Sourcing:
Assist in the development of data-driven strategies to attract qualified talent for current and future critical roles.
o Performance Analytics:
Analyze the ROI of outreach efforts and recommend tactical modifications to improve conversion rates.
o Advanced Sourcing:
Deploy sophisticated techniques to build pipelines, including social media insights, profile aggregators, CRM mining, geofencing, event targeting, and complex Boolean search logic.
Market Intelligence & Tracking:
o Competitive Analysis:
Conduct research on industry trends and competitor role mapping to identify talent pockets and availability.
o Strategic Integration:
Translate market research into actionable outreach tactics in real-time.
o Metrics Reporting:
Track and report on sourcing KPIs to assess pipeline health and engagement effectiveness.
Maintain a regular and predictable work schedule.
Establish and maintain effective working relationships within the department, the Strategic Business Units, Strategic Support Units and the Company. Interact appropriately with others in order to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
Perform other duties as necessary.

Overview
This role focuses on proactive sourcing and talent engagement rather than full-cycle recruiting. The Specialist will help build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline, particularly for engineering roles, and drive innovative outreach strategies to bring talent into the BAE hiring funnel.

Key Responsibilities
Partner with TA strategists and recruiters to support high-volume requisition loads
Develop and execute creative sourcing and outreach strategies
Identify and engage candidates through platforms such as Linked In Recruiter and Clearance Jobs
Support hiring efforts for engineering roles (e.g., electrical, mechanical, etc.)
Coordinate and schedule candidate information sessions
Represent the organization at networking events and job fairs
Build relationships with prospective candidates and nurture pipelines
Align with multiple business units, with a primary focus on engineering
Qualifications & Experience
Strong sourcing background (agency/staffing experience highly preferred)
Experience using sourcing tools such as Linked In Recruiter and Clearance Jobs
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with high requisition volume
Proven ability to proactively network and quickly establish candidate pipelines
Strong communication and organizational skills
Degree not required-experience is prioritized

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $37.14 - $37.14/hr.
