Quality Control Manager

Location: Denver

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Quality Control Manager to support a company focused on delivering industry‑leading cleantech integration, renewable energy development, and sustainable infrastructure solutions across North America and Europe. This position is on-site in Lakewood, Colorado. The Quality Control Manager will ensure the highest standards of construction quality, compliance, and documentation across infrastructure and renewable energy projects. Responsibilities for the Quality Control Manager include:

* Implement and enforce the project's Quality Control Plan (QCP) while ensuring compliance with all codes, standards, and specifications.

* Conduct routine inspections, testing, and coordination with third‑party testing agencies.

* Oversee and track the submittal process, ensuring timely review and documentation.

* Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, and subcontractors to resolve quality issues.

* Prepare and maintain all quality documentation, including daily reports and non‑conformance reports.

Required Qualifications for the Quality Control Manager include:

* 2+ years of experience in construction quality control/quality assurance.

* Experience with construction materials, quality assurance practices, and applicable codes (IBC, ASTM, OSHA).

* Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.

* Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field; or equivalent experience.

* Valid USACE/NAVFAC CQ/CM certificate at time of hire (required).

Compensation for the Quality Control Manager includes:

* Salary Range: $90,000-$120,000 depending on experience
