Art Technician | Day Shift

Monday through Friday 8am-4:30pm

• Document customer framing preferences and special requirements.
• Input measurements accurately, ensuring compatibility of art and customer selections of frames and mount boards.
• Support mat orders as needed and cross‑train to support framing and mounting processes.
• Escalate questions or concerns regarding customer artwork or orders by working with the customer experience and leadership teams.
• Prepare and mount art pieces according to customer specifications to bring their vision to life.
• Assemble fine artwork pieces meticulously, adhering to stringent quality standards and precise measurements.
• Review work orders, utilize specific mount types, and execute precise mounting procedures.
• Use hand tools and computer systems for documentation and application.
• Handle delicate components and ensure quality assurance of each art piece.
• Trim surrounding materials with precision to protect customer artwork using appropriate tools and methods.
• Leverage visual‑spatial skills for an aesthetically pleasing presentation of final products.
• Meet production and quality goals to support Framebridge’s overall business needs.
• Exercise acute attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship.

• Deep appreciation and care for the integrity of art, with a strong aesthetic sense.
• Adaptability and comfort working in a fast‑paced, changing environment.
• Adept at using measuring tape and tools for accuracy.
• Excellent problem‑solving, time‑management, and creativity skills.

This role requires the ability to perform the following physical tasks on a regular basis:

• Standing/walking 8+ hours a day.
• Lifting 10–25 pounds.

Base range is $21/hr – $25/hr, plus potential performance bonuses. Final compensation depends on experience, qualifications, and location.
