Aurora Dairy Corp. in Platteville, CO seeks a Quality Technician for the night shift to perform in-process and finished product quality testing and to maintain records. The 6pm–6am shift runs Thursday–Saturday with alternating Wednesdays; pay is $19.00–$21.00 per hour.
Responsibilities include monitoring HACCP/SQF programs, assisting milk processing, data entry of lab results, and enforcing GMPs and safety procedures. Effective communication with QA, lab, and production teams is essential.
