As a Laboratory Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity of our chemical processes by conducting precise qualitative and quantitative testing. You will contribute to operational excellence by maintaining high standards of analytical accuracy, safety compliance, and data integrity within our fast-paced laboratory environment.

You will contribute to operational excellence by maintaining high standards of analytical accuracy, safety compliance, and data integrity within our fast-paced laboratory environment.
Responsibilities- Execute chemical analyses and testing protocols to support quality control and regulatory compliance objectives.
- Ensure the accuracy of laboratory data by maintaining meticulous digital and physical records, including calibration and testing logs.
- Optimize laboratory performance by calibrating and operating analytical instrumentation in alignment with established safety and hygiene standards.
- Manage chemical waste streams effectively to maintain a secure and environmentally compliant workspace.
- Support team efficiency by monitoring inventory levels and proactively communicating supply needs.
- Foster a culture of safety by adhering to OSHA guidelines and participating in ongoing SOP training.
- Contribute to team development by assisting in the training and onboarding of new laboratory personnel.
- Perform operational tasks, including occasional forklift operation, to support overall facility throughput.
- Hands‑on experience performing chemical testing and laboratory analysis.
- Demonstrated proficiency in operating, calibrating, and maintaining analytical laboratory equipment.
- Strong understanding of chemical safety, OSHA regulations, and laboratory best practices.
- Proven ability to maintain detailed, accurate documentation and records.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a related scientific discipline.
- 1-2 years of professional experience in a laboratory setting.
- Prior certification or experience in forklift operation.
- Advanced safety certifications, such as 24- or 40‑hour OSHA or DOT training.
