Seeking Independent Contractors to Perform Insurance Property Surveys. Davies Risk Services is looking for independent contractors to perform insurance property surveys. This is a great opportunity for supplemental income or more. You determine your hours and volume. Our contractors survey both residential and commercial properties. The survey includes taking photos of the property, obtaining property details and overall conditions, and submitting a report online.

Responsibilities

Conduct insurance property surveys for residential and commercial properties.
Take photographs of the property.
Obtain property details and assess overall conditions.
Submit survey reports online as required.

What is needed to perform duties

Reliable car to drive to inspections, Windows 10 or newer on a Microsoft computer, smartphone or digital camera, reliable home internet, and basic computer and communication skills.
