Fantastic opportunity in Colorado real estate! Colorado Homes CO is looking for two self-motivated agents who love helping people buy and sell homes and want to grow alongside a productive, client-focused brokerage.

You’ll have access to Zillow Preferred opportunities and several other inbound lead sources, including Homebuyer Connections and Orchard Offers, along with technology, training, and transaction support. We’re looking for agents who will respond quickly, follow up consistently, and take ownership of the client experience from the first conversation through closing.

• Help buyers and sellers make informed decisions with responsive, professional service.
• Work inbound opportunities while continuing to build your own relationships and referral business.
• Follow up consistently, manage your pipeline, and keep clients informed at every step.
• Represent Colorado Homes CO across your local market.

• An active Colorado real estate license.
• At least two years of real estate sales experience and 20 or more closed transactions
  .
• A self-motivated, dependable agent who enjoys prospecting and following through.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to an excellent client experience.
• Knowledge of one or more of our service areas:
  Denver, Boulder, the foothills, Grand County, and/or Colorado Springs
  .
