Job Summary
A mid-career research scientist position to join the astrophysics group at the University of Colorado, Laboratory for Atmospheric and Space Physics (LASP).

What Your Key Responsibilities Will Be
- The successful applicant will work on several existing sub-orbital and flight programs in conjunction with the astrophysics team, while also proposing their own research ideas related to high energy processes.
- This is primarily an on-site position.
- $130,000 - $133,600 annual.
- Relocation assistance is available for this opportunity.

What We Require
- PhD and at least 3 years of experience post-degree.
- Knowledge of optical systems and design.
- A successful history of proposal writing and evidence ofself-directed research.
