We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join our team as a . This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our culinary services, focusing on high-quality food preparation and exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in the food industry, with experience in dietary departments and fine dining settings.

Duties
  • Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and dietary guidelines.
  • Assist in menu prep to create balanced and appealing meal options.
  • Ensure all food handling practices comply with food safety standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas.
  • Collaborate with team members to provide excellent food service to guests.
  • Utilize knife skills effectively for meal preparation and presentation.
  • Participate in catering events as needed, ensuring high standards of service.
  • Support the dietary aide team by providing assistance with meal service and special dietary needs.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a dietary department or as a dietary aide is preferred.
  • Strong culinary experience, including fine dining and restaurant environments.
  • Proficiency in food preparation techniques and cooking methods.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices for handling food.
  • Excellent knife skills and attention to detail in meal presentation.
  • Experience in menu planning and catering services is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a kitchen team while maintaining a positive attitude.
