Location: Mountain Village
Telluride Ski & Golf Club is hiring an AM Sous Chef to manage the daily changing buffet for members, collaborating with the executive chef to exceed expectations. You will oversee morning kitchen operations, plan and prep menus, and ensure seamless transition from lunch to dinner in a high-altitude, on-mountain environment.
The role requires knife skills, TIPS training, 2-4 years kitchen experience, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
