Shift Manager – McDonald’s Restaurant Supervisor

The Shift Manager role is responsible for leading a team during fast‑paced restaurant operations, ensuring high quality customer service, food safety, and efficient shift execution.

Responsibilities

Lead daily shifts, ensuring quality, service, and cleanliness standards.
Plan shift schedules, monitor performance, and adjust staffing to meet customer volume and profitability.
Communicate shift goals, provide feedback, and coach crew members on McDonald’s standards.
Track safety, security, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
Collaborate with other managers to prepare the next Shift Manager for a smooth transition.
Support departmental goal achievement and meet shift targets.
