BUSSER
As a Busser at Grand Sierra Resort, you will support the restaurant team by maintaining a clean and organized dining area. Your responsibilities include:
- Clearing and gathering plates, utensils, and drinkware for washing in the kitchen.
- Ensuring diners' water glasses are full and restocking them throughout service.
- Resetting tables for the next service, including setting up linen, cutlery, and napkins.
- Assisting waiters and waitresses with food service, such as bringing dishes to tables.
- Helping chefs and cooks with daily tasks, including food preparation like chopping vegetables.
Your role ensures smooth and efficient service, helping to create a pleasant dining experience for guests.
