Zero Day Coffee is a small coffee shop off the beaten path with a charming victorian vibe. while we cater to all locals and tourists, our culture is centered around the outdoor community with an emphasis on thru-hiking, backpacking, skiing, and biking. We maintain pride in our commitment to the outdoor community and recreation for all.

As a Barista, you’ll be the face of our café. From dialing in espresso shots to sharing menu recommendations, you’ll help deliver a consistent, friendly, and memorable experience for every guest. Additionally, providing helpful insight and advice to those new in town looking for other restaurants or safe experiences in the backcountry.

• Craft high-quality coffee, tea, matcha, chai and other specialty beverages with care, quality, and consistency
• Provide outstanding customer service by maintaining a friendly, professional attitude
• Operate POS system (Square) and handle transactions accurately
• Offer helpful recommendations for local experiences to visitors
• Follow health, safety, and cleanliness standards
• Support team members to keep things running smoothly, even during rushes

• Previous barista or café experience is a plus, but not required
• Passion for the outdoors, coffee, and community
• Ability to multitask and stay positive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and capable of patience
