Is professional and gracious while enhancing the dining experience through outstanding service skills.

Complete side work suchas;

Stocking, polishing silver, glass and dishware, tray sweep,trashand recycling removal,expediting food, serving food and drinks, etc.

Consistently follows and trains IRDserversthe steps of the service cycle as outlined in the brand standards and ensures the timing and flow of service is correctly paced.

Exceptional food and beverage knowledge withanabilityto upsell to ensure guest satisfaction.

Take food and beverage orders from guests and enters orders in our point-of-sale system with complete accuracy

Answer questions about our food,beverages and other restaurant functions and services.

Provides relevant management feedback on policies, procedures,training and daily operations.

Always be ready and willingtoassistfellow servers as situations arise and toassistbus person with clearing and resetting tables

Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant as directed by the restaurant manager or immediate supervision

Exhibits a mastery level of menu and beverage/wine knowledge and trains IRD servers toexhibitand have this knowledge

Consistently directs and trains IRD servers on all best practices and is consistently improving these practices

Adhere to all state health regulations and all state liquor laws.

High School diploma or equivalent.

Minimum of 1 year Server/Waitstaff experience in ahigh-volume restaurant/hotel/resort.
