As a Barista at Dos Gringos Burritos, you’ll wear many hats. This is more than just a coffee shop role-it's an opportunity to be part of a lively restaurant environment. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages.
• Assisting with general restaurant tasks, including food prep and service.
• Providing exceptional customer service-our customers are like family, and we want them to leave happy every time.
• Learning our menu and getting to know our regulars (and their "usuals") to enhance the customer experience.
• Contributing to a harmonious and efficient workplace by being a team player.

We're seeking someone who:

• Is reliable, friendly, and thrives in a team-oriented environment.
• Can multitask effectively in a busy setting.
• Has a desire to learn and grow - knowing our menu and customers is key to your success.
• Has restaurant or barista experience (preferred but not required).
• Is looking for a long-term role (full-time preferred, but part-time may be considered).
