As a Lead Bartender/Shift Lead
, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations while setting the tone for an exceptional guest experience. Whether you’re crafting the perfect pour or leading a shift with confidence, your leadership and expertise will help us maintain the welcoming atmosphere High Side Brewing is known for.

This position can be either part-time or full-time, depending on the right fit for both you and our team.

• Serve as a leader during shifts, ensuring seamless operations and a positive work environment.
• Provide outstanding customer service, including making drink recommendations and sharing knowledge about our craft beers.
• Assist in training and mentoring team members to maintain high standards of service.
• Oversee bar operations, including inventory management and cleanliness.
• Handle customer concerns or issues with professionalism and efficiency.
• Collaborate with management to support business goals and team success.

• At least 1 year of experience in bartending or a similar role.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of craft beer or a willingness to learn quickly.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability for part-time or full-time hours, depending on mutual fit.
