Vail Resorts is hiring for winter 2026/27 and summer seasonal positions at our mountain resorts. As a Bartender, you will craft hot and cold beverages, engage guests, and help deliver an Experience of a Lifetime while working with a dynamic team.
Starting wage ranges from $12.14 to $13.50 per hour, with tipped positions guaranteed at least $20 per hour when tips are included. Roles are Summer Seasonal 2026 with full-time and part-time hours available.
