What You'll Do Includes:
- Guide customers through frame and lens selections by delivering personalized recommendations based on style, fit, and lifestyle needs
- Assist with the fitting, adjustment, and delivery of prescription eyewear while educating customers on products, lens features, and care
- Help maintain inventory accuracy through receiving, organization, restocking, and product tracking
- Keep the showroom polished, organized, and visually engaging through thoughtful merchandising and presentation standards
- Work collaboratively with the store team to support smooth daily operations and an elevated guest experience
- Stay current on eyewear trends, new product launches, and optical technology to confidently support customer needs
Start Date: ASAP
Employment Type: Full Time Year Round and Part Time Year Round
Schedule: Flexible schedule is required, including evenings, weekends and holidays
Pay Rate:$20-$27/ hour with commissions
Job Closing Date: 6/30/2026 or until filled
Minimum Requirements
- Previous retail sales experience preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for eyewear fashion and trends
- Willingness to learn and grow in the optical industry
- Flexible schedule, including evening and weekends required
- Self-motivated
- Able to multitask while working in a fast-paced environment
