Position Purpose
Associates in Store Support roles are responsible for a variety of non‑sales functions that help ensure an outstanding customer order fulfillment experience. They may assist customers in the lot or provide administrative services, interact directly with customers or vendors, guide customers to store departments or merchandise, answer product order status inquiries, handle cash management and program compliance, and support overall high levels of customer satisfaction.
Individuals in these positions must work cooperatively with other Associates, vendors, carriers, and operate effectively with little or some supervision. They should be detail‑oriented, demonstrate strong time‑management skills, maintain a high level of integrity, and respond to operational concerns while staying focused on store‑specific business objectives.
