O'Reilly Automotive - - Responsibilities:
Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers;
Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom to include team member execution on customer service programs;
Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy;
Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store to store transfers, and DC add orders and contact customers upon shipment arrivals;
Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds; issue refunds with correct payment methods and stage returns correctly;
Ensure all merchandise is invoiced before leaving the store and coordinate promotions/merchandising tasks;
Oversee scheduling, clock-in/out, and adherence to policy; perform opening/closing duties and secure deposits;
Arming/disarming security alarms and securing the store and delivery vehicles as needed;
Perform other duties as assigned
