As a Bootfitter, you will provide our guests with gear and services for the ultimate outdoor experience.

Job Responsibilities:

• Fit guests with the latest ski and snowboard boots – we’ll train you!
• Provide excellent guest service at one of our ski/snowboard retail shops
• Work together with teammates to maintain safety standards
• May include other responsibilities such as cashiering, retail sales, rentals, or other departments
• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, holidays, and weekends
• Commitment to exceptional customer service
• Ability to stand and move in an active, team‑oriented environment for extended periods
• Ability to communicate fluently through spoken and written English

The expected pay range is $20.00/hr – $23.69/hr this is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
