Support Associate
The Support Associate is responsible for supporting a customer and product-focused sales culture where our core principles are at the forefront of all store operations. This role includes a variety of sales operations functions, such as merchandise handling, stock processing, and stockroom organization.
Responsibilities- Process merchandise, ensuring items are properly stored, ticketed and easily located for replenishment on the sales floor, and reorganize merchandise as needed to maximize stock space.
- Ensure new products are properly merchandised and represented in a timely manner.
- Enter all receiving documents into the computer system and reconcile merchandise invoices with items received.
- Accurately and timely complete store‑to‑store transfers and locate requests.
- Process visual packet materials, props and signage in a timely manner, and properly store stockroom hardware, hangers, sign holders, etc.
- Participate in pricing changes and markdowns.
- Assist with visual directives, including floorsets, window changes, visual presentations and signage placement, as directed.
- Support the Most Amazing Personal Service (MAPS) principles and standards through strong operational processes that enable a cohesive omni‑channel experience.
- Promote an inclusive, collaborative approach to problem solving, seek personal development opportunities, and solicit feedback.
- Perform other duties as assigned, including boutique cleanliness and organization.
- Demonstrate key competencies: living the company’s values and guiding principles, managing complexity, planning and aligning work, organizational savvy, and courage.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous stock or cashier experience preferred.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
- Ability to learn or adapt to technology provided by the company.
- Must be able to work the majority of the shift standing.
- Ability to work quickly and within strict timelines.
- Demonstrates teamwork and cooperation.
- Exposure to visual merchandising and product placement techniques desired.
- Communicate with customers, associates, and management; wear and use a headset.
- Regular attendance is essential to cover company objectives.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Constant walking/standing – 67‑100% of an 8‑hour shift. Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. – 1‑33% of an 8‑hour shift. Frequent climbing – 34‑66% of an 8‑hour shift.
Starting at $15.16/hour or city/local minimum wage as applicable. Part‑time associates are eligible to participate in the company's employee assistance program and employee discount program.
