Repair Tech (Guitar)

Provide maintenance and repair services on customer‑owned instruments and assist in the maintenance of specific store inventory. Build and increase business through a great customer experience and quality work.

• Understand customer service principles and provide an excellent customer experience.
• Connect with customers in a meaningful way; approachable, genuine, knowledgeable, encouraging, passionate, and committed to helping customers.
• Resolve customer service issues proactively.

• Effectively train learners and communicate information and techniques so that they are retained.

• Service customer‑owned instruments with a high level of craftsmanship.
• Repair guitars and related instruments.
• Maintain foundational product knowledge on Guitar Center products.
• Assist with store inventory maintenance.
