Racquet Sports Pro Shop Attendant - Summer Seasonal

Seasonal. Salary Range: $24.00 – $26.00 per hour.

Reports to:

Racquet Sports Manager. Supervises:
None.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for members and guests at the Racquet Sports facility
• Answer incoming calls and assist with scheduling court reservations, private lessons, and clinics
• Manage court reservations and assist players in finding cooperative partners
• Direct members and guests to their courts and assist with questions about the facility
• Promote club programs, events, leagues, and tournaments
• Operate the Pro Shop point‑of‑sale system and record all charge tickets and guest fees
• Assist members and guests with retail purchases and special merchandise orders
• Restock merchandise and ensure racquet accessories are properly inventoried
• Maintain responsibility for demo racquets and ensure they are charged to the appropriate account
• Help create appealing merchandise displays and promote Pro Shop sales
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Pro Shop and storage areas, including vacuuming, dusting, and ensuring windows and displays are clean
• Take towels to and from the laundry area and replenish supplies such as ice, cups, and towels
• Prepare the racquet facility each morning and afternoon using the facility checklist
• Assist with racquet court maintenance for clay, hard, and surrounding court areas, including watering, dragging, rolling, and sweeping clay courts
• Blow debris from hard courts and sidewalks
• Monitor court nets, windscreens, fences, and gates to ensure they remain in good condition
• Maintain court coolers, shoe cleaners, and facility supplies
• Blow and clean patio areas and organize seating areas
• Empty trash and maintain cleanliness around courts and facility areas
• Install, remove, and repair windscreens as needed
• Operate court maintenance equipment such as rollers, sweeps, and blowers
• Provide feedback to management from members and guests and assist with event setup and support
• Attend staff meetings and assist with court usage reports and administrative tasks
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the racquet sports team

• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast‑paced environment
• Comfortable operating point‑of‑sale systems and handling transactions
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
• Enthusiasm for tennis, pickleball, padel, and racquet sports culture
• One year of related experience preferred
