Job Overview
As a Field Merchandiser, you will work independently to showcase your organization and time‑management skills while establishing retailer relationships and being the face of Hallmark. You will collaborate with local store teams to optimize product placement, maintain inventory levels, and support seasonal resets and installations when needed.
Salary and Schedule Details- Your starting hourly pay rate will be $17.29–$19.29 per hour depending on your skills and experience.
- Paid training is provided through live, hands‑on instruction and virtual classroom sessions.

- This is a part‑time position with a variable schedule during the work week.
- Average weekly hours range from 4–17 hours.
- Availability the week before and after major holidays, which may include weekends, is required.
- Availability to support seasonal changeovers, extended services, installations and inventory support is required.
You will perform service work in the Hallmark department of various retail stores such as grocery, drug, department and mass retailers. The role consists of three major components:
The role is physically demanding and requires energy and urgency. You will work on the sales floor and in back stockrooms, consistently pushing, pulling, lifting and carrying cartons, merchandise and fixtures up to 30 pounds, and occasionally up to 50 pounds. You must kneel, squat, walk and stand throughout your shift and may need to climb stairs and step ladders.
Basic Qualifications- Minimum age 18 years.
- Ability to read, write and understand English.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
- Proficiency with a digital handheld device to open and read documents and interpret information.
- Access to Wi‑Fi and the internet.
- Consistent transportation to travel to and between assigned stores as scheduled.
