Compensation

• Hourly wage: $18 - $31 per hour (actual rate will equal or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the job location).
• Additional compensation: annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

Meat / Produce associates keep the Fresh area fully stocked, rotate product, and maintain proper food‑safety standards. After moving incoming merchandise to the sales floor, they ensure Fresh displays remain in proper order throughout the day.
