Columbia Sportswear Company - - Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service and respond to consumer questions or issues regarding product features, benefits, and availability; engage with customers to understand needs and preferences; demonstrate and explain merchandise and make suitable recommendations.;
Maintain store standards for visual merchandising, cleanliness, and safety; retrieve merchandise from sales floor or stock room.;
Perform all required cash register transactions (sales, returns, exchanges, loyalty) efficiently and accurately.;
Contribute to store profitability by receiving, handling, replenishing, and processing product flow.;
Support store leadership in daily operations and teamwork with Columba Sportswear Company values.
