Finance Operations Analyst – Part-Time

Responsibilities

• Process customer checkout transactions and settlements within our wholesale programs
• Review customer‑submitted inventory and sales information for completeness and accuracy
• Assist customers and internal teams with checkout‑related questions and documentation
• Ensure customer records and financial information are accurately maintained across systems
• Support seasonal checkout periods that involve high transaction volume and detailed recordkeeping
• Review customer sell‑through reports and calculate sell‑through percentages
• Analyze inventory movement and sales performance across wholesale accounts
• Identify discrepancies, missing information, or unusual trends requiring follow‑up
• Assist in preparing checkout‑specific reports used to evaluate customer performance
• Enter, validate, and maintain checkout and wholesale program data within company systems
• Reconcile customer checkout records and supporting documentation
• Maintain organized files and audit trails for wholesale financial transactions

• High school diploma required
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, Mathematics, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred
• 0–2 years of professional experience
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy
• Comfortable learning new software systems and business processes
