• Directs the service, selling, and styling to achieve an engaging store environment
• Leads by example in providing extraordinary service
• Teaches the team to provide a frictionless customer experience
• Supports the Store Manager in curating events and experiences
• Oversees the training, development, and accountability of the CEM program
• Drives the styling program by empowering styling team members
• Contributes to assessing sales forecasts
• Takes an active role in opening and closing, restock, standards

• 2+ years of retail leadership experience
• Strong merchant skills
• Proven record of developing great talent
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Demonstrates strong retail leadership with a focus on customer experience, team development, and sales performance. Proven ability to drive merchandising strategies and empower team members to achieve store goals.
