Seasonal Sales Associate

Under Armour is seeking Seasonal Sales Associates to deliver an exceptional in-store experience in our performance-driven retail environment. You'll engage customers, understand their athletic needs, and recommend apparel, footwear, and accessories that elevate performance. Responsibilities include greeting shoppers, driving sales, processing transactions, maintaining merchandising and stock levels, and upholding brand standards. You'll work collaboratively with teammates in a fast-paced setting, learn product technology, support promotions, and help ensure a clean, organized, and energetic store environment for every athlete.

Responsibilities

• Greet and actively engage customers to understand their performance and style needs
• Recommend Under Armour products and technologies to drive sales and satisfaction
• Operate POS system accurately for sales, returns, and exchanges
• Maintain merchandising standards, signage, and product displays
• Replenish sales floor from stockroom and assist with inventory tasks
• Support loss prevention through awareness and adherence to procedures
• Keep fitting rooms, sales floor, and backroom clean and organized
• Collaborate with teammates to meet store sales and service goals
• Stay current on product features, technologies, and promotions
• Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
