Merchandiser, Retail

Jacent Strategic Merchandising seeks a Full Time Merchandiser to execute in-store merchandising programs for leading retailers and CPG brands. In this field-based role, you will stock and rotate product, set and adjust planograms, build impulse and seasonal displays, and ensure shelves are clean, priced, and compliant with retailer standards. You'll use mobile tools to report work, track inventory, and capture data.

Collaborating with store staff and Jacent field leaders, you'll support national programs, identify opportunities to improve sales, and maintain a professional, customer-centric presence on every visit.

Responsibilities

• Execute planograms and resets for assigned retailers
• Stock, rotate, and front-face products to merchandising standards
• Build and maintain impulse and seasonal displays at point of sale
• Verify pricing, tags, and promotional signage are accurate and in place
• Monitor on-hand inventory and communicate out-of-stocks or issues
• Use mobile tools to document work, photos, and basic sales/stock data
• Maintain clean, organized, and compliant shelf and display areas
• Coordinate with store management and staff to minimize disruption
• Follow Jacent and retailer safety, quality, and execution guidelines
• Report visit results and opportunities to Jacent field leadership
