Dedicated Retail Merchandiser

Anderson Merchandisers L.L.C. seeks a Dedicated Retail Merchandiser to execute in-store merchandising programs for major brands and retailers. In this full-time, field-based role, you will set and maintain planograms, build and refresh displays, stock and rotate product, place signage, and ensure on-shelf availability and pricing accuracy. You'll visit assigned stores on a regular schedule, document work with mobile tools, communicate with store personnel and supervisors, and report insights from the sales floor to help drive retail performance and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Execute planograms and resets for assigned brands and retailers
• Build and refresh in-store product displays and signage
• Stock, front, and rotate products to ensure availability and freshness
• Verify pricing, labels, and promotional materials are accurate and in place
• Conduct basic inventory checks and communicate stock needs
• Capture photos and complete visit reports using mobile or tablet tools
• Collaborate with store personnel to resolve merchandising issues
• Follow scheduled store routes and manage time across multiple locations
• Maintain merchandising standards aligned with brand guidelines
• Report store and shopper insights to supervisors to improve performance
