Position: Full Time Assistant Store Manager (Store 3731)
Location: Aurora

Game Stop - 3455 North Salida Street - Responsibilities:
Provide best-in-class guest service: promptly greet guests, respond to guest questions/concerns, assist guests with meeting their video gaming needs; inform guests of promotions; recommend additional items; apply selling behaviors during every transaction and thank guests for shopping at Game Stop.;
Support the total shopping environment, including visual and operational elements, current sales initiatives, and guest relationships that lead to sales and repeat business.;
Promptly and accurately process guest purchases/return transactions using the POS system, including giving receipts and ensuring top-notch guest service.;
Assist the Store Manager with setting guest service expectations for store associates and training store associates in policies, procedures, practices, and guidelines; observe performance and provide feedback.;
Supervise staffing levels, approve payroll, and ensure store associates are paid for time worked; ensure store areas are clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines; manage inventory and loss prevention practices.
