Gas N Roll Supervisor

Overview

The Gas N Roll Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Gas N Roll convenience store and fuel station, ensuring exceptional guest service, operational efficiency, compliance, safety, inventory control, and team member performance. This position supervises store team members, supports business objectives, and ensures company standards are consistently maintained while promoting Golden Nugget's Mission and Core Values.

The Gas N Roll Supervisor serves as a role model by leading through example, delivering outstanding guest experiences, maintaining a safe and clean environment, and driving accountability within the team.

• Supervise and support Gas N Roll team members during assigned shifts.
• Lead by example and promote Golden Nugget's Mission and Core Values.
• Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members.
• Assist in onboarding and training new employees.
• Foster a positive work environment focused on teamwork, accountability, and guest service.
• Monitor employee performance and address performance concerns promptly.
• Assist with scheduling and labor management to meet operational needs.

• Ensure all guests receive friendly, professional, and efficient service.
• Resolve guest concerns and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Promote a guest-focused culture that emphasizes hospitality and service excellence.
• Ensure compliance with company service standards and operating procedures.
• Address and resolve guest issues while maintaining a positive guest experience.

• Oversee daily operations of the convenience store and fuel station.
• Ensure merchandise is properly stocked, displayed, and priced.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate replenishment needs.
• Verify product freshness and rotate inventory as needed.
• Ensure accurate cash handling, deposits, and point-of-sale transactions.
• Assist with receiving deliveries and maintaining inventory controls.
• Complete operational checklists and required reports.

• Maintain compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure adherence to fuel operations, alcohol sales, tobacco sales, and age verification requirements.
• Promote workplace safety and immediately address safety concerns.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with health, sanitation, and environmental standards.
• Report accidents, incidents, and unsafe conditions promptly.
• Protect company assets and minimize loss through proper controls and procedures.

• Assist in managing labor costs, inventory levels, and operational expenses.
• Monitor cash handling procedures and investigate discrepancies.
• Support revenue growth initiatives and promotional programs.
• Understand and communicate key performance indicators related to store operations.
• Help drive profitable business results through efficient operations and cost control.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum two (2) years of retail, convenience store, hospitality, or food service experience required.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong guest service and communication skills.
• Cash handling and inventory management experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
• Basic computer skills and experience using point-of-sale systems
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain all licenses and certifications required by the property and regulatory agencies.

USD $20.00 - USD $22.00 /Hr.
