The Role

The Sales Coordinator function plays a pivotal role in the Sales Enablement team at Wise Platform, supercharging the success of our Commercial organisation. Sales Coordinators are a key part of the deal‑flow process, supporting our Business Development and Account Management teams by managing and enhancing the end‑to‑end sales process. The role’s focus is on tasks that increase deal‑flow velocity and conversion ratios for partners and boost the capacity of our sales team by creating sales tools and managing processes.

It works cross‑functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, Delivery and other teams to enable maximum velocity through the sales cycle.

Responsibilities
  • Support BDs in building early‑stage account plans and stakeholder maps for target accounts.
  • Assist marketing’s initial outreach to these accounts by sharing stakeholder information and roles.
  • Own the project plan that lists all actions and milestones in the deal‑flow, assign action owners with timelines and hold them accountable.
  • Support specific work streams within opportunities, such as data analysis on payment routes, creating sales collateral or working through an onboarding flow for a partner.
  • Drive internal opportunity awareness by managing updates through communication channels.
  • Maintain Salesforce accuracy by ensuring all deal‑flow teams update timely and appropriately.
  • Contribute to additional projects that advance Sales Enablement and Sales functions within Wise Platform.
Qualifications
  • Proven track record of supercharging revenue through sales, sales enablement or strategy roles.
  • Experience creating engaging sales collateral to position the value of a product or service.
  • Analytically astute with the ability to interpret large volumes of data.
  • Excellent collaborator capable of bringing a group of individuals together to achieve a shared goal.
  • Detail‑oriented and organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a complex environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self‑motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • A proactive and creative thinker who can contribute fresh ideas to the team.
  • Preferably experienced in a payment or fintech environment previously.
