Route Service Representative Workweek

Job Description

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base. The position is physical, fast-paced, and requires indoor/outdoor work. Partners deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products, and other facility service products.

• Comprehensive 10‑week training program

• Act as the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and solve customer concerns proactively.
• Grow existing customer base through upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services.
• Negotiate service agreement renewals and manage inventory while maintaining safety and professionalism.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.

• Must meet all Department of Transportation (Use the "Apply for this Job" box below). for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs., including an active driver’s license, minimum age 21, DOT medical certification, and employment documentation.
