The ideal candidate is a highly organized and detail-oriented professional with experience supporting wholesale customers, accounts receivable, order management, and cross-functional business operations. They are comfortable balancing financial responsibilities with customer-facing support and can effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. They possess strong analytical skills and can interpret sales, inventory, and financial data to identify trends, support forecasting, and recommend process improvements.
In addition, they excel at building relationships with retail partners and sales representatives, providing exceptional customer service while resolving order issues, processing warranties, managing product swaps, and supporting onboarding activities. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, a proactive approach to problem-solving and being able to commute to the Broomfield office 3-4 days per week are essential.
- U.S./Canada wholesale account prequalification and credit approval.
- U.S./Canada new retailer account set-up and onboarding including:
- Lead introduction call which includes presenting a background on Xero Shoes, an overview of the product line and communicating the onboarding process.
- Process new account initial opening orders.
- U.S./Canada wholesale account invoicing and crediting in Acumatica ERP.
- Process credit card payments for wholesale sales orders and support the application of ACH and check payments.
- Pull monthly reporting on wholesale account performance including unit sales, revenue, inventory positions and receivables.
- Manage the outreach and collection for overdue U.S./Canada wholesale accounts receivable as outlined in the overdue AR process.
- Monitor wholesale account pre-books and at-once orders against current and future Xero inventory positions.
- Improve processes on the accounts receivable side to create more efficient operations.
- Support reporting for unit sales and revenue forecasting.
- Collaboratively analyze sales metrics and make recommendations to increase sales performance.
- Prepare data exports, as requested, to support the accounting team’s workflow.
- Support Sales Representatives as needed with communications.
- Assist wholesale retail partners with placing purchase orders, revising existing orders, facilitating product swaps, and processing warranty claims.
- Assist wholesale retail partners with sales document requests, such as seasonal sales programs, order forms, order due dates and catalogs.
- Assist wholesale retail partners with marketing asset requests, such as digital assets, in-store point of purchase assets, employee purchase requests, and demo shoe requests.
- Collaborate with Xero’s accounting and operations teams to ensure wholesale retail orders are shipped accurately, on time, and payments for those orders are collected.
40 hours Full-time, In-Office 3-4 days per week - Hybrid.
- Must be able to commute to the Broomfield office regularly
$60,000.00 - $70,000.00 Annually
