Account Manager (Home Security Sales)

Compensation:
Weekly pay + Uncapped Commission (OTE $65,000-$110,000) on average. Additional positions unlocked with higher income potential to make an average of $130,000 to $180,000.

This position is within our Agent Referral Division.

As an Account Manager you will be utilizing heavy outbound prospecting efforts to partner with real estate agents across the nation, working together to secure their clients' homes and protect their families. Your pursuit to build a business and increase your income helps protect communities all over the country. Every time you push yourself outside of your comfort zone, you are impacting more than just your paycheck!

We are willing to pay BIG for exceptional salespeople, so we offer an hourly rate PLUS uncapped weekly commissions, AND monthly/yearly bonuses!

Key Responsibilities
  • Make heavy outbound call efforts, 100+ dials per day, no auto-dialer.
  • Generate client leads through newly established B2B partnerships.
  • Achieve monthly lead generation and productivity KPIs.
Must-Have Qualifications
  • 1+ years preferred sales experience
  • Hunter Mentality, Competitive Drive, Active Listener
  • Ability to adapt and sustain a resilient mindset
  • Experience with CRMs and Microsoft office
