Retail Sales Consultant

• Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through their options.
• Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers and process online orders.
• Participate in community events to promote AT&T products and services.
• Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Maintain product knowledge and stay current with evolving technology.

• Prior retail or customer‑facing sales experience preferred.
• Strong drive and passion for helping people.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Earnings for a Retail Sales Consultant range from $16.57 - $20.45 per hour plus commission; top performers can earn $62,460 per year.

Work hours are between 9am and 9pm, including weekends. Monthly seniority‑based schedules are available two weeks in advance.
