OverviewDo you thrive in a highly energetic and team-oriented environment? If so, we want you for our team! We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative (ISR) that will thrive in a quick sales cycle environment. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, generating interest, and qualifying prospective clients. Don’t worry—we’ll provide you consistent training to ensure that you are comfortable in your role.

Inside Sales Representative PayWe recognize that stability in income is a key factor in our employees' lives. That’s why, as an Inside Sales Representative at Omni Tax Solutions, you’ll be paid a base salary in addition to the commissions and bonuses you earn.
The starting base salary range for an Inside Sales Representative is dependent on experience but typically ranges from $31,000–$41,000 per year (not including commission or bonuses). This is guaranteed pay! Eligibility for commission and bonuses in addition to your base pay is unlimited.
Earnings = Base Salary + Commission + Bonuses
Responsibilities- We’ll give you the leads, you make the calls! You’ll dial 200+ provided leads per day, attempting to reach potential clients, prequalify them, and transfer leads over to an account executive for closing of the opportunity.
- Build rapport and trusting relationships with prospects to develop an understanding of each client’s situation and convey the value of tax resolution services in each interaction.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales goals, as assigned.
- Strategically overcome objections given by potential clients.
- Resolve and document each call to a lead or prospect in CTI and Salesforce.
- Consistent and punctual attendance is required.
- Ability to sit/stand in one place for an extended period, while on the phone.
- Telemarketing/Call Center/Sales Experience (preferred).
- Highly effective communication and organizational skills.
- Microsoft Office Experience.
- Displays accountability and dependability.
- Appropriately utilizes company resources to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
